Blog post Mi40x day 2 picI freaking fucking did it! I haven’t rowed for almost 2 weeks. I was SO afraid to get a bad “cal-number” But I got 91cal in 5 minutes! YES! My PR is 94cal.

For those who haven’t heard about this insane challenge, I will just tell you briefly. I don’t have that much time for cardio. I asked the Mi40 team what to do about it. Ben Pakulski had this “great” idea of burning 100 cal in 5 minutes. That’s it.

In the beginning, I thought: “Easy peasy!”

But hell no! I can’t do a lot of cardio because of my injuries – so my “love” fell on the rower! I have cursed it, I´ve kicked it – I´ve been praying to an unknown rowing-God… It is SO hard! But yet so much fun!

I was so happy that I reached 91 cal today. Much better than I expected.

I did the arm training from the postMi40X program (workout 3 in that program). Because of my injuries, it was impossible for me to do C1&C2 – triceps with an E.Z. bar. My arms got a different “reach” – and I changed the E.Z. bar with some dumbbells instead. It worked fine, and there was a fire going on in my arms.

 

Food:

This morning I had an Iso Whey Shake from Scitec, a carrot, some blueberries, and my squeezed lemon in hot water. I couldn’t do my fat-breakfast because my training was a bit too close to my breakfast.

20 minutes before training I drank my feel good coffee – as usual – it was great!

I had my postshake post training (haha) – just iso whey from Scitec and I added some extra leucine.

2½-3 hrs post training I had chicken (200gr), brown rice (140gr – cooked), edamame beans, mushrooms and haricots verts and some chili.

Tonight Im going to eat with my dad and my daughter. I will have some ground-beef & a lot of veggies. They will have spaghetti and ground beef as well.

I´ve had my carbs for today. Later I´ll eat my beloved dark chocolate and some almonds and a grapefruit.

Im going to a band-training course this Friday. That will be interesting! 😀 I love working with bands while Im training, and its always great to learn something new!

JAAAA MAND! Jeg gjorde det ! Altså jeg nåede ikke op på mine 100cal! Men jeg nåede 91 cal! Hvilket var mega flot set i lyset af at jeg ikke har roet i 1½ uge sådan ægte! Kæft jeg er sej!

For jer der ikke kender den der skide challenge, så handler det om at finde en ro maskine, smække den på level 10 – og så forbrænde 100cal på 5 minutter.

Det er SYGT hårdt!

Jeg trænede PostMi40X programmet i dag – dag 3 ægte i programmet. Det gik fint! Det eneste jeg ikke kunne var C1&C2 – hvor man skal bruge en EZ bar til triceps. Mine arme kan ikke nå lige langt bagud pga de skide skader jeg har, så jeg skiftede EZ baren ud med 2 håndvægte. Det virkede fjongdingelong. Har ok god kontakt til mine biceps, sådan generelt, men mine triceps halter helt vildt! Især på den side, hvor jeg er skadet. Mormorarme gå lige væk 😀 hahahah

Mad:

I morges fik jeg en gulerod, en shake (Iso whey fra Scitec  og ALTID på vand og isterninger, mums), nogle blåbær og min lemon homemade te. Jeg kunne ikke nå at spise min ”fede” morgenmad, fordi jeg spiste for sent ift hvornår min træning lå i dag.

2½-3 timer efter fik jeg min mad. I dag skulle jeg ikke have hurtige carbs (fordi det er min detox uge) og eftersom det lige trak ud med at hente unge og handle osv., så blev det altså lidt sent. Derfor kunne jeg godt spise mine BRUNE ris på dette tidspunkt. Og min kylling, samt champignon og edamame bønner og haricots- Og et stort glas vand til. Altid godt proppet med tør chili.

I aften kommer min far og spiser med. Min datter og ham får spaghetti kødsovs og grøntsager og jeg skal have oksekød og grøntsager.

Senere i dag skal jeg have en grapefrugt, mandler og min gude mørke chokolade.
