Blog Mi 30I had my first training today after the Mi40X program ended this Saturday. Its always a bit sad when a program ends. You’ve hated and loved the program for 6 weeks and boom suddenly its done – over and out. Ben and his team have made a postMi40X program to follow for 4 weeks, if you want to. Ive decided to follow it (almost) for a week, and then Im doing the Build and Shred program! Uuuuuh I cant wait.

Today I trained back and delts. No cardio.

My energy was like gone with the wind this morning. I was so tired, and I didn’t have any energy.

I had my breakfast at 05.20: Lemontea (1 cup of boiling water with one squeezed lemon – yummi), 3 whole eggs like an omelet, some 85% dark chocolate, 16 grams of almonds and 2 small spoons of peanut butter (the last  I had- aarh).

My training started at 11.00 today. One hour before I had 1 whey protein shake. Whey Isolate from Scitec. I love it.

I really didn’t want to do anything today. My energy level was so low because of no sleep this night (injuries fucks me up almost every night) – and I felt sorry for myself!

BUT then I had the “feel-good-coffee”: 1 small spoon of coconut oil and 2-2½ small spoons of Nescafé gold coffee. My energy level was THE BEST! I was almost dancing into the gym and had a great workout! It’s amazing what that coffee can do to me!

Post training I had my post shake. Only with iso whey protein and some added leucine too.

One hour post training I ate my chicken (170gram) and a lot of veggies. I love this food. Its actually rare that I eat out and find the food just as good as the one I cook myself. Strange, when we have SO many places to eat here in my country.

Later today I’m having my carbs – Brown rice, chicken and veggies. I’m doing kind of a detox week, until Monday where the Build & Shred program starts. I can’t wait.

I dag var min første træning efter at have færdiggjort Mi40X programmet i lørdags. Der er lavet et postMi40X program man kan følge, så man er sikker på at få det optimale ud af sin træning. Det hele handler nemlig om at time sin træning. Så du ikke stagnerer. Din krop kan kun vokse i x-antal tid, så skal den have noget ”andet” – for derefter igen at være i stand til at vokse. Det er det det hele handler om. At bygge muller. I hvert fald for mig. I dag trænede jeg ryg og skulder. Inden min træning havde jeg set Joe Benneths video med Dallas McC arver. Det motiverede mig helt vildt. Den ”ægte” træning i postMi40X var ikke helt sådan som jeg sammensatte min træning i dag. Men igen, så er jeg nødt til at omskrive programmerne en del, så mine skader kan følge med. Min energi var like crap i morges. Har sovet a ht igen igen og jeg tænkte bare ”Someone please shoot me” da jeg vågnede imorges.

Jeg fik min citronthe (1 kop kogende vand med en hel klemt citron i – mums)  3 æg som omelet, 24 gr 85% mørk chokolade og 16 gram mandler + 2 teske peanutbutter (det sidste! øv). Jeg spiste det kl 05.20 imorges.

Min træning startede kl 1100 i dag – og en time inden min træning fik jeg 40 gr whey isolate fra Scitec (på vand med isterninger i- mums). Efter min træning fik jeg 40 gr iso whey (igen) med ekstra leucin i. Om en times tid skal jeg have ca 170 gr kylling og en masse veggies.

Jeg spiser mine carbs senere i dag- og det bliver brune ris. Jeg spiser normalt hvide ris en time efter træning, men denne her detox uge kører altså lige lidt anderledes end ”normalt”. Derfor omstruktureringen af maden.

Inden min træning i dag var jeg altså småfærdig. Den feel-good-coffee som Ben har anbefalet virker bare! Jeg drak den 20 min inden træning og voila – jeg var i fuld firspring under hele træningen og havde det fantastisk! 2-2½ teske nescafe gold +  1 teske coconut oil = be prepared to feel great! 😀
