Legs and Delts it is.

I had a great workout. This morning I did some measurements. Just to see what happens the next 6 weeks.

I´ve  made a schedule for the next 6 weeks yesterday. I have to have “my life” and my training to fit together. And now it does.

I looked at todays program before I went to sleep yesterday.

 

There was a few exercises that I had rewrite.

 

The “normal” cable lateral raise is WAY to heavy for me, that’s why I do a banded one instead. Surprisingly enough there was no problem doing the ”wristhight” cable lat raises. I loved it!

It was impossible for me to do the one superset for today in the leg workout. The machines are too far apart in my Gym.

I added an extra exercise to the hack squat instead– some steady state lunges. AND I had  a spotter, my good friend Tony to push me to the next level in the hacksquat. YES! I was sweating like … puuuiiich!

 

Today I didn’t do any cardio.

Food:

Breakfast:

Omelet (3 whole eggs + 1 eggwhite)

85% dark chocolate 12 gr

Almonds 20gr

Avocado 121gr

Veal 65gr

= 751 calories

 

Training:

1 feel good coffee :)

Pre, intra and post workout – The Mi40Foundation ones – Gotta love it. I will get some powdered greens soon to add in my post workout.

 

1 hour after training:

Veal 93gr

Turkey (lowfat) 103gr

White rice 143gr

And veggies (I don’t count the calories on these)

= 426 cal

 

Later Ill have a shake, my dinner, some coffee, my bcaa´s too. :)

Calories in total today aprox 2100

Shit manne! Jeg har glædet mig helt sygt meget til at komme igang med det her program. Det er altid fedt at starte op på noget nyt

Jeg sad og lavede skema igår, så det hele kommer til at passe sammen med mit liv og mad osv de næste 6 uger.

Jeg elsker det allerede. Den stod på ben og skuldre idag. Mine weakpoints! Så det er jo altid godt.

Igår inden jeg gik i seng kiggede jeg programmet igennem, så jeg var forberedt på at jeg skulle omskrive noget af programmet.

Der var et superset i ben-delen jeg var nødt til at lave om, jeg add´ede bare en ekstra øvelse – og så var det hele fint. Svedte som en gal.

Jeg lavede ikke cardio af nogen art idag.

Udover Mi40 trænede jeg også noget genoptræning for min nakke, ben og arm – det var jeg nødt til ift. hvor ondt jeg havde haft i nat.
